A passionate devotee of everything Yoga for more than 20 years;  long-time Yoga teacher and Nutritional counsellor, Tanya Cory, is dedicated to shining a light on all 8 limbs of this ancient and sacred tradition. Together with other passionate holistic facilitators, we co-create experiences in environments that  best deliver an understanding of what it means to live consciously, love unconditionally and know true freedom and joy.

Yang to Yin

Yang to Yin yoga is a balanced practice that begins with dynamic, strength-building poses (yang) and transitions into slow, meditative stretches (yin) to calm the body and mind.

Hatha Yoga

Find balance and alignment through asanas and pranayama techniques, promoting physical and mental well-being.

Pranayama

Pranayama yoga is the practice of breath control to enhance physical vitality, mental clarity and connection to the life  force within.

Meditation

Discover the benefits of mindfulness and meditation through our guided sessions, designed to cultivate inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
